Jose M Martinez is the founder, lead engineer, and driving force behind Aerial Work Solutions. With over six years of experience in the aeronautical field, Jose has built a reputation for combining real-world operational knowledge with advanced engineering innovation. His specialization in FPV systems and custom aerial platforms has helped push the industry forward through high-performance cinematography, mission-specific aircraft builds, and advanced autonomous solutions. Jose has positioned Aerial Work Solutions within the defense and government sector, supporting projects involving reconnaissance systems, anti-jamming concepts, advanced telemetry, and autonomous navigation. He is currently advancing his expertise through a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering at Virginia Tech.

With four years of hands-on FPV experience, Julito is one of the most versatile pilots on the AWS team. Specializing in indoor tours, drift chasing, and real estate cinematography, he brings precision and creativity to every flight. As Flight Specialist, Julito is responsible for pre-mission scouting, equipment readiness, and ensuring every drone in the fleet is mission-ready. His ability to manage complex shoots and lead large crews on location makes him essential to every major production.
